Pregabalin and Nortriptyline Tablets consist of Pregabalin, an anticonvulsant acting on the neurotransmitters in the brain involved in transmitting pain signals and Nortriptyline which is an antidepressant that enhances serotonin and noradrenaline in the ECF decreasing the pain signals.
